I had contact with them months ago - delayed on an exotic location install. Now it's WAY overdue and their email bounces back as inactive. No replies from phonecalls either. Did they get out of the business?

It's probably not another installation, but the same one. Unless they came back without contacting me. But I know this one has been a huge hassle...
