Specs?
-Can you get Edcor to make you one? -or is the NOS part essential?

Avel has a nice line of toroidal transformers and that's where I would look first: http://avellindberg.com/
But when a power transformer dies, it's usually the primary or B+ winding that fails (because those windings have thinner wire). So, if you have any B+ at all, your transformer is probably ok.
