Yes, 'Film Industries' M8 Ribbon.
They could possibly be high impedance, but more likely very low impedance (30 Ohms).
You'll need a quiet preamp with plenty of gain for low volume sources. If it sounds especially dull and boomy then it possbly needs to be re-ribboned. You can inspect the ribbon by removing the two screws on either side of the body and carefully lifting off the cover and the extra gauze underneath. I removed the additional silk attached to the gauze in an attempt to improve HF response.
